New Horizons Flyby of Ultima Thule

On 31 December and 1 January, NASA’s New Horizons spacecraft will fly by a Kuiper Belt object, 2014 MU69 — nicknamed Ultima Thule (closest approach at 12:33 am EST on 1 January 2019).
