Please note: Yom Kippur begins on Friday, 11 October, so the meeting will begin with an evening reception on Sunday, 6 October, and end one day earlier than usual, on Thursday, 10 October.

• 24 June: Abstract submission opens
• 2 July: Workshop proposals due
• 10 July: Splinter Meeting proposals due
• 17 July: Abstract deadline
• 18 July: Registration opens
• 18 July: Housing opens
• 19 July: Abstract deadline extended
• 21 July: Travel Grant applications due
• 14 August: Early registration deadline
• 12 September: Regular registration deadline
• 12 September: Final day to request refund between in-person and virtual registration, if switching registration format.
• 13 September: Housing closed
• 26 September: Deadline to submit posters for local printing.
• 27 September: Slide upload portal opens (for oral presentations).
• 3 October: Late registration deadline.
• 4 October: Deadline to:
  • Upload slides online (for oral presentations)*
  • Upload posters
  • Upload lightning talks

*Note: In-person presenters may also upload/update slides at the on-site speaker check-in, no later than 2 hours before their scheduled presentation (please see https://warpspeedtech.com/aas-dps24 for more details). Virtual presenters will be able to share their own slides during sessions, but are requested to upload a copy of their slides by 4 October as a back-up in case of technical difficulties.
