*There is a $15 charge per person each for the third and fourth occupant in the room.

After picking up your luggage, please give the hotel a call at 208-333-8000. You will be picked up within a 20 minute window. The shuttles are gray and display The Grove Hotel logo.

Hampton Inn & Suites is offering a limited number of government per diem rates government attendees. A valid US government identification document is required at hotel check-in.

The AAS is providing this form to help participants find potential roommates, but all arrangements must be made by the attendees.
Note that selecting a roommate is a personal choice and should be undertaken with care. You are not obligated to accept any roommate you are uncomfortable with for any reason.
