The 231st AAS meeting will take place in Washington, DC, 8-12 January 2018. Workshop proposals are due 7 August and Splinter Meeting proposals are due 13 November (public) and 1 December (private).

Two AAS-endorsed regional meetings, the MidAmerican Regional Astrophysics Conference and the 2017 Kentucky Area Meeting, took place in April 2017.

The 49th annual meeting of the AAS Division for Planetary Sciences will take place 15-20 October 2017 in Provo, Utah. Workshop proposals are due 24 May and abstract submission is now open.
