Abstracts
Submit your oral or poster abstract by 9:00 pm ET on Wednesday, 26 July, to be added to the DPS 49 meeting program. Abstracts submitted after 26 July but before the late deadline of 31 August will be scheduled as posters and will be on display throughout the meeting. Learn more on the Abstract Information page.

The DPS is considering offering an exciting new way to present your poster at the upcoming meeting in Provo: interactive, multimedia iPosters. With the iPoster system, you'll be able to create an interactive presentation that includes high-resolution images, high-definition videos, narration, interviews, viewer surveys, and more. You can add as much text and media content as you need to present your research with all the detail it deserves. Learn more about iPosters and if you're interested, be sure to select that option when submitting your abstract.

Become an Exhibitor or Sponsor
Want to promote your project, product, or service during the DPS meeting? Claim your space in the Exhibit Hall by the 7 July early deadline to save 20%. Become a sponsor and your organization will be recognized in meeting materials, on the website, and more. Customized sponsorship packages are available to fit your needs. Check out the Exhibitor & Sponsor Prospectus or contact [email protected] to learn more.

Travel and Dependent Care Grants
A limited number of Hartmann Student Travel Grants are available to assist member participation in the upcoming DPS meeting. Travel grants are primarily intended for students, but post-doctoral scientists without other means of support will also be considered. Travel grants rarely exceed a few hundred dollars and are intended to provide a supplement that makes the difference between being able to attend the annual meeting or not. The Hartmann Travel Grant application deadline is Friday, 7 July, for the 2017 DPS meeting. Learn more and apply for a travel grant.

The DPS's Susan Niebur Professional Development Fund provides financial assistance to qualifying members in order to facilitate their meeting attendance by offsetting costs for child care, elder care, spousal care, etc. at the meeting location or at home during the DPS conference. Apply for a Dependent Care Grant by 15 September to be considered.

Additional information will be posted to the meeting website as it becomes available. See you in Provo!
