Vaccination Verification Requirement All participants at the in-person TESS 2022 meeting, whether a presenter, attendee, exhibitor, staff, guest, or vendor, will be required to be fully vaccinated and boostered. You must provide proof of vaccination to register for the in-person event. More information available soon.

Call for Session Proposals

The TESS meeting is organized largely around sessions proposed by the science community on topics of interest to Solar Physics Division (SPD) and Space Physics and Aeronomy (SPA) members. Organizers of session proposals should expect to fill 90-minute sessions with two or fewer invited talks plus contributed talks, a discussion panel, or another described format. Acceptance of session proposals will be judged by the TESS SOC based on our assessment of the appeal of the topic to SPD and SPA members. We particularly encourage topics of cross-disciplinary appeal.

The session proposal site is now open and the deadline for completing the form is 31 January 2022. Please help spread the word about this call for session proposals with your colleagues, and we look forward to seeing you all at the TESS meeting in August 2022.

TESS welcomes participation by the entire Heliophysics community, including all four traditional sub-disciplines devoted to studies of the Sun, Heliosphere, Magnetosphere, and Ionosphere-Thermosphere-Mesosphere. TESS not only promotes greater interaction and unity within Heliophysics, but also connections to astrophysics and planetary physics.
