Single/Double: $299 + Taxes
Government per diem rate (Single/Double): $161 + Taxes

All rates shown are subject to the appropriate federal, state, municipal, and any occupancy taxes in effect at the time of the meeting. Currently, these taxes are 7%. 
In addition, there will be a daily resort fee that is covered and you will NOT be charged, currently $16 (discounted from $35.00) per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax that will be posted to all guest rooms. The sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card, along with a first night’s deposit including tax, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of arrival. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately. 

• This hotel does not provide shuttle service. 
• Daily self-parking is free with multiple parking lots conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel with in and out privileges. 
• Valet parking is $25.00 per car, per day with in and out privileges.

Note that selecting a roommate is a personal choice and should be undertaken with care. You are not obligated to accept any roommate you are uncomfortable with for any reason.
