- Wed, Feb 28: Regular registration deadline
- Wed, Feb 28: Presenter registration deadline (unregistered presenters may be replaced or withdrawn at this time)
- Wed, Feb 28: Final day to request refund between in-person and virtual registration, if switching registration format.
- Tue, March 27: Last day to register in-person. No Onsite Registration! (Virtual registration option stays open through the meeting).

Registration Refunds:
- Through 21 February 2024: No refund fee.
- 21 Feb through 27 March 2024: Registration refund less the $50 processing fee.
- After 27 March 2024: No refunds will be given after this date.
