Each iPoster author has been emailed a personalized link to the iPoster portal. If you have any technical issues, please contact our iPoster vendor, aMUZE. 

iPoster presenters are able to build digital posters that will be featured in an iPoster gallery online and can be displayed in person at terminals in the Exhibit Hall.

Oral presentations may now be uploaded for the AAS 247 Meeting. All presentations must be given in person. Presentations can be uploaded either online or in-person at the speaker ready room.

Online Upload Deadline: Friday, January 2, 2026 at 11:59PM MT.

In-Person Upload Deadline: Two hours prior to your Session start time

Requirements

Files MUST be named using the following format: presentation number, name, and title

Example: 116.07 John Doe – Title of Abstract

The above information can be found on the AAS 247 submission portal or in the program.

Only standard fonts can be used – purchased or custom fonts may not display correctly.
