The Annual Review of Astronomy and Astrophysics, published since 1963, covers significant developments in the study of the Sun; solar system and extrasolar planets; stars and star clusters; the interstellar medium; our galaxy and other galaxies; active galactic nuclei; cosmology; instrumentation and techniques; and the history of the development of new areas of research.
The 2019 edition, Vol. 57, is now available online and in print. The 15 reviews in this volume cover such topics as angular momentum transport in stellar interiors, a new view of the solar chromosphere, star clusters across cosmic time, cosmological tests of gravity, and understanding galaxy evolution through emission lines.

The 2019 edition, Vol. 47, was published in May 2019.
