DPS 48 / EPSC 11 Abstract Deadline Approaching, Registration Opening Soon
Please join us for the joint 48th Division of Planetary Sciences (DPS) and 11th European Planetary Science Congress (EPSC) meeting in Pasadena, California, 16–21 October 2016. We anticipate an exciting program that captures the breadth of international planetary science by combining the scientific results of the participants in the DPS and EPSC research communities at one joint meeting.
Abstract Deadline Approaching
The Regular Abstract Deadline for DPS 48 / EPSC 11 is Wednesday, 22 June, at 9:00 pm ET, so you have three weeks left to submit your abstract in one of 50 topical categories. Both oral and poster abstracts may be submitted until this deadline. Abstracts submitted after this deadline but before the 2 August Late Abstract Deadline will be scheduled as posters that will be on display throughout the meeting.
Don’t Forget to Reserve a Hotel Room
Group rates are available for rooms at three local hotels to those who make reservations prior to 14 September. If you're looking for a roommate to share the lodging expenses at the meeting, take advantage of the Roommate Search Forum to locate a match.
Claim Your Space in the Exhibit Hall
The DPS 48 / EPSC 11 Exhibit Hall will provide many opportunities for you to promote your organization, business, or institute. Volunteer
We are looking for volunteers to help out at the upcoming DPS 48 / EPSC 11 meeting. Volunteers that sign up to work a minimum of 10 hours each receive complimentary meeting registration, a volunteer t-shirt, and access to the Exhibit Hall and all the sessions.
