Registration Refunds

• On or before 28 July 2026: No cancellation fee; final day to request refund between in-person and virtual registration, if switching registration format.
• After 28 July 2026: No refunds will be granted for the difference between in-person and virtual registration, if switching registration format.
• Between 29 Sept and 22 Oct 2026: Registration cancellation will be refunded less the $50 processing fee.
• After 23 Oct 2026: No refunds will be granted after 23 Oct and cannot be credited to a future meeting.
