Abstracts

Authors may submit, edit, and check their abstract by logging into the DPS 58 submission portal and navigating to the “My Submissions” page. 

An abstract must be submitted for each presentation. Types of abstract presentations at the meeting include:

• Invited talk or Contributed Research Paper (including Dissertation talks)
• DEIA/Workforce
• Education/Outreach

Authors can only submit one abstract per type and up to two abstracts total. There is no limit to the number of papers that you may co-author. All late abstracts will be scheduled as poster presentations.

We will strictly adhere to the following deadlines: 

• Abstract deadline: 11 June, 9:00 pm ET

• Late abstracts open: 22 June

• Late abstracts deadline: 30 July, 12:00 pm ET

Abstracts received after the stated deadlines will not be considered, there are no exceptions.
