To receive the AAS group rate, reservations must be made by 1 October 2026.

Taxes & Fees
AAS negotiated the DPS 58 base room rate to meet the federal government lodging per diem whenever possible.

Room rates quoted above are non-commissionable, net rates and are subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently approximately 14.02%.

In addition to the room rate and applicable taxes, the hotel assesses the following fees:

• Destination Amenity Fee: $10 per night (negotiated rate for guests booking within the official DPS 58 room block)
• Spokane Tourism Promotion Area Assessment: $5.00 per night

Because many DPS attendees travel on government or institutional funding, reimbursement policies for hotel fees vary by agency and institution. If you have questions about how these charges appear on your hotel folio or require documentation for reimbursement purposes, please contact the Davenport Grand directly, as the hotel is responsible for guest billing and issuing final folios.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Reservation cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival will be charged one (1) night room plus applicable tax.

Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel will collect a deposit equal to the first night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

Parking
Parking fees are subject to applicable taxes.

• Self-Parking: $28 per day
• Valet Parking: $35 per day
• Electric Vehicle Charging (with valet, based on availability): $35 per day
