Cancellations

Requests for cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] or by fax to 202-234-7850. Please allow 4–6 weeks for all refunds to be processed.

Registration Refunds

• Through 24 January 2018: Registration refund less the $25 processing fee
• 25 January - 11 June 2018: Registration refund less the $50 processing fee
• After 11 June 2018: No refunds will be given after this date.
