Student Orientation and Grad School & Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) Fair and Student Pavilion
You are invited to participate as a sponsor in two exciting student-focused programs at AAS 243.
The kickoff Grad Student/REU Fair will be held on Sunday, 7 January 2024, 5:30–7:00 pm, and the very popular Student Pavilion will be open Monday – Thursday in the Exhibit Hall.
As a sponsor, you will receive:
- 6’ skirted table to display brochures and handouts
- 8’ poster board to hang banners or posters
- Shared space to display brochures, posters, and handouts in Student Pavilion. Located in the Exhibit Hall, the Pavilion is designed for casual networking among students, their peers, and mentors. We will provide display stations for you to promote your programs.
- Opportunity to self-organize a face-to-face meet-up with potential students in the Student Pavilion.
The cost for sponsorship is $555. Participating in these student-focused programs is a great way to increase your exposure at the meeting. As a sponsor, you have the unique opportunity to highlight your graduate-school or REU program and recruit new students.
We encourage institutions to bring giveaways to raffle off to students. Some ideas include school t-shirts, fanny packs, mugs, etc. Drawings are the responsibility of the institution.
