Press Registration

The AAS offers complimentary meeting registration to bona fide working journalists and public information officers (PIOs). To request complimentary press registration, first check our eligibility criteria, then send an email message to AAS Press Officer Dr. Susanna Kohler with your name and media affiliation (or “freelance” if applicable). Upon confirming your eligibility, she'll email you a special promotional code that you can use to register for the meeting the same way regular attendees do, i.e., via the AAS 239 registration page.

Note that all in-person AAS 239 attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination via a secure, third-party site before they can register. The confirmation of this proof can take up to 48 hours, so please plan ahead!

Press registration deadline: Tuesday, 4 January 2022. There will be no on-site registration available at AAS 239.
