The early registration deadline for the 229th AAS meeting is Thursday, 29 September, and abstracts are due by 9:00 pm ET on Tuesday, 4 October.

The AAS Sustainability Committee is happy to announce that attendees can now purchase carbon credits when registering for an AAS meeting. The funds will be used for various carbon-offsetting projects.

We're looking for volunteers to help sort abstracts for the 229th AAS meeting in Grapevine, Texas, into the appropriate sessions. Sorters are able to complete the process on their own time. Please consider volunteering!

Hurry up and make your plans for the DPS 48 / EPSC 11 meeting in Pasadena, California, 16-21 October! The hotel reservation deadline is Wednesday, 14 September, and online registration closes Friday, 16 September.

Registration for the 229th AAS meeting, to be held 3-7 January 2017 in Grapevine, Texas, will open on Tuesday, 16 August. Abstracts are being accepted now, so submit yours by the 4 October deadline.

The 229th AAS meeting will take place 3–7 January 2017 in Grapevine, Texas, and abstract submission for the meeting will open next Monday, 1 August. The regular abstract deadline is 4 October at 9:00 pm ET.

The late abstract deadline for the joint Division for Planetary Sciences / European Planetary Science Congress meeting is next Tuesday, 2 August, at 9:00 pm ET.

Register by 8 July to receive the lowest rates for the joint DPS 48 / EPSC 11 meeting, to be held 16–21 October 2016 in Pasadena, California.

The 229th AAS meeting will take place 3–7 January 2017 in Grapevine, Texas. Proposals are currently being accepted for Workshops (deadline: 12 August) and Splinter Meetings (deadline: 11 November).
