Career Matchmaking Opportunities at the AAS Winter Meeting

Are you coming to the 227th AAS meeting in Kissimmee, Florida, 4-8 January 2016? The AAS Career Center in the Exhibit Hall has resources and services for job seekers and hiring managers alike. The AAS collects résumés and makes them available to recruiters; posts job announcements; facilitates matchmaking between job seekers and hiring managers; and hosts "office space" for on-the-spot interviews. There is no cost to employers or job seekers to participate in the AAS Career Center.
Job Seekers: Browse the latest employment opportunities and let us know that you're available for interviews. Get your name out there — submit your curriculum vitae (CV) or résumé and cover sheet to Diane Frendak by 30 December, and we'll add your dossier to our notebooks. Recruiters often review the résumé binder for top candidates.
Employers/Recruiters: Benefit from the rich candidate pool of nearly 2,000 professional astronomers in attendance. Please let us know if you are planning to conduct interviews at the meeting.
