Upcoming AAS Regional Meeting in Arkansas

The AAS seeks to achieve its mission to enhance and share humanity’s scientific understanding of the universe as a diverse and inclusive astronomical community via a variety of activities, including organizing meetings. The AAS endorses regional meetings that meet a few simple rules designed to support and foster diverse astronomical discourse.
The upcoming AAS Reginal Meeting, the 2022 Mid-American Regional Astrophysics Conference (MARAC), will take place 7–8 October at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR. Registration is open until Friday, 23 September.
MARAC 2022 welcomes attendees involved in teaching and/or research in astronomy, astrophysics, or space science. Students are especially welcome to attend and advanced amateurs are also invited. For more information on MARAC 2022, please visit their website.
