Final 2022 Membership Renewal Reminders Mailed

Diane Frendak

Diane Frendak American Astronomical Society (AAS)

Time is running out on your membership in the American Astronomical Society if you haven't yet renewed for this year. Reminders and invoices were mailed last week to members and affiliates with outstanding dues balances. If you're unsure if your membership is current or if you need to renew, check your online profile by going to my.aas.org and logging in with your AAS username and password. Look for the framed Profile-at-a-Glance section on the right and confirm the Paid through date. If it's 31 December 2021 or earlier, then it's time to renew.

If you've recently renewed, thank you very much!

If we don't hear from you by 18 March, we'll make one last effort to reach you by telephone.

By renewing, you'll breeze through the abstract submission and registration for the upcoming AAS meetings in Pasadena, California, and Seattle, Washington, reserve your spot for the 2022 AAS Membership Directory, and have the option to add a subscription to Sky & Telescope and purchase AAS-IOP eBooks at the discounted member rates.

We know you value your connection to the Society's rich community of scientists who not only study celestial phenomena, but also contribute so much more by advocating for science and training the next generation. As a member-driven organization, the Society relies on your support in several ways — including renewing your membership. Please be part of the AAS community this year.

If you have questions about your benefits or need assistance with your login or renewal, please email the membership team or call me at (202) 328-2010 x109.
