2021 SEA Change Learning Series: Systemic Change for DEI in STEMM

The SEA Change learning series Transforming Institutions: Systemic Change for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in STEMM provides higher education change leaders the opportunity to expand their knowledge of how to create systemic change within their institution to improve DEI within STEMM. The learning series, developed in partnership with the Accelerating Systemic Change Network (ASCN), takes a systemic approach to organizational change to develop participant’s knowledge of how to apply evidence-based change strategies. 

The ASCN team and guest speakers will guide participants through discussions of the definition of institutional transformation, research on creating institutional change, composition of effective teams, adapting effective approaches to different contexts, and continuous improvement.

The series begins on 21 July and ends on 17 November. Each of the five sessions will take place from 3:00 to 4:30 pm ET.
