Time for AAS Membership Directory Updates!

AAS members, now is the time to update your information and mailing preferences for the 2020 Membership Directory!

Action is required for those with new jobs or addresses (that's gigs or digs to me) over the past year, and for those wishing to update their mailing and/or display preferences. It's also a great opportunity to renew your membership for 2020 if you haven't already! Only active members and affiliates as of Monday, 2 March have the opportunity to be included in the directory.

The first step: go to my.aas.org and log in with your AAS username and password. Look for the framed Profile-at-a-Glance section on the right. Confirm your Paid through date, then click on the My Account button.

Next steps:

• Review your address, phone number, and email on your About Me tab. You can update your address, phone, and email in the Directory Address box by clicking the pencil icon in the upper-right corner.
• Make sure you have an email address entered in your Directory Address fields. The information here is critical to retrieving your online credentials should you forget your username or password.
• Review your name and organization in the Personal Information box to the left of the Directory Address box. Please contact the AAS membership team if you need to update this information.

The final step: review your mailing and directory listing options on your My Preferences tab. Don’t wish to receive the print directory in the mail? Make your edit in the Mailed Print Items section. Don’t care to be listed in the print directory? See AAS Directory Listings: include my name in the… section to change your preference. Be sure to click on the pencil icon and save your changes.
