The day will begin with an optional lunch and pre-briefing at the AWIS National Office (co-located with the AAS Executive Office at 1667 K Street NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20006).

1:00 to 4:00 pm
Congressional Outreach Day will officially begin with Capitol visit training promptly at 1:00 pm, at the Washington Court Hotel.

5:00 to 7:00 pm
Congressional reception in Room 2075 of the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, DC.

Thursday, 15 March 2018

8:30 to 10:00 am
Congressional breakfast and visit prep, Rayburn House Office Building.

10:00 to 5:00 pm
Congressional visits begin and will be scheduled throughout the day.
