Meetings-in-a-Meeting (MiM) are a series of related sessions that are held concurrently with AAS sessions. Replacing Topical Sessions, they can be considered as special symposia held in parallel with other AAS Meeting sessions.
Meetings-in-a-Meeting may have associated poster sessions and may be in any format (workshop, arranged speakers, contributed speakers, etc.) that can be accommodated at the meeting location.
Organizers may request 2-7 sessions. MiM sessions will only be scheduled during one of the following time-slots: Monday - Thursday: 10am-11:30am and/or 2pm-3:30pm, for a total of 3 available hours each day. Meeting-in-a-Meeting Instructions and Deadlines
