Registration Cancellations and Refunds:
- Before August 7, 2025: No cancellation fee.
- August 7, 2025 - October 7, 2025: Registration refunded less a $50 processing fee.
- After October 7, 2025:
- Nominally no refunds will be granted, but a petition may be made, which will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
- Registration is not transferable from one person to another
