Statement of Care

Registrants must agree to abide by this Statement of Care and Masking Policy during the registration process. This policy will be actively enforced.

I agree to prioritize the health and safety of other meeting attendees and myself, and to take intentional precautions to limit the spread of illness. This includes not attending the meeting in person if I am feverish or feeling ill, or if I am testing positive for COVID.

Masking Policy

At this time, the use of masks will not be required of meeting attendees. However, we strongly encourage attendees to mask during travel to prevent the spread of illness to fellow meeting attendees. This policy may be revised if conditions change significantly.

Vaccines

DPS recommends that attendees are up-to-date with the latest COVID and Influenza vaccines.
