All iPosters must be published by their corresponding deadline. iPosters can be edited after publishing.
Regular iPoster Publish Deadline: 08 June, 2026 11:59PM EST
Each iPoster author has been emailed a personalized link to the iPoster portal. Authors may also follow the general Editor URL to log into the iPoster platform.
For editing-related questions, authors should first consult the Interactive Helpdesk chatbot: https://ipostersessions.com/iposter-chatbot/ (questions that are unable to be answered by the chatbot can be escalated to human support via the chatbot)
If the author is experiencing a technical or access-related issue that cannot be resolved through the chatbot, they should then contact our official support channel at: [email protected]
iPoster presenters are able to build digital posters that will be featured in an iPoster gallery online and can be displayed in person at terminals in the Exhibit Hall.
