Participation is invited for the 2026 Asia Pacific Regional Meeting of the International Astronomical Union, to be held 4–8 May 2026 in Hong Kong.
The "APRIM2026" International Astrophysics and Space Science Conference will bring together up to 1,000 scientists, researchers, and industry professionals from more than 30 countries across the Asia-Pacific and beyond. The nine major conference themes focus on cutting-edge astrophysics and space science, upcoming astronomical facilities, space sustainability, and astronomy public outreach and education.
The program will feature:
- Plenary talks by two Nobel laureates, three Shaw Prize laureates, and the Gruber 2025 Cosmology Prize winner
- More than 150 research and technology presentations
- Keynote speakers from leading universities
- State-of-the-art exhibition space at Hong Kong's premier venue, the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
