Reservations are based on hotel availability and are not guaranteed until a confirmation number is generated by the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland.

Room reservations must encompass the three nights of 20-22 August (earliest check-out 23 August). Reservations and cancellations must be made by 19 July 2017. Cancellations after 19 July will forfeit the deposit and be charged an additional night's room and tax.
