Deadline for hotel reservations at discounted AAS group rates: 12 December 2023. Rates are on a first-come first-served basis.

All rates shown are subject to the appropriate national, state, local, and any occupancy taxes in effect at the time of the Group’s meeting. These taxes are currently 16.2% plus $3.00 occupancy tax per room per night. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation in the form of check, money order or credit card. Reservations cancelled at least three (3) working days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

• Self-parking is available in their garage for $44 per day with in and out privileges.
