Assistant Professor

The University of Wyoming invites applications for a tenure-track astronomy faculty position in the Department of Physics & Astronomy starting January  2026.  Applicants from any subfield are welcome. Faculty have access to the
2.3 m Wyoming Infrared Observatory telescope on Mt. Jelm WY, the Apache Point 3.5 m telescope, and the NCAR supercomputer center. Review of applications will begin September 01, 2025.
