Job Description

The Physics Department at KAIST (https://physics.kaist.ac.kr/) invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions in High-Energy Physics (Experiment), Astrophysics & Astronomy.

We seek candidates with significant research accomplishments and promise for outstanding future achievement at KAIST. Applicant must have Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field, and some post-doctoral research experience is desirable. The successful applicant is expected to establish a creative, internationally recognized research program. The appointed professor will be committed to excellence in teaching undergraduate or graduate courses, and also to contribution towards other academic activities.

Applicants are required to submit the following materials (PDF file) first by email to the search committee via [email protected]: 1) a curriculum vitae including a publication list, 2) a list of three references (contact information), 3) PDF copies of five selected publications, and 4) a filled official application form with a statement of research interests (no more than 5 pages) and a statement of teaching plan (no more than 2 pages).
