Job Description
The Department of Physics, Colorado State University, in Fort Collins, Colorado, seeks to hire a non-tenure-track faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor whose primary duties would involve teaching large-enrollment introductory physics courses, particularly the algebra-based physics sequence. This is a continuing position, with opportunities for advancement in rank. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in physics or a related discipline and have experience as a primary instructor of a post-secondary introductory physics or astronomy course.
