Stargazing Leader / STEM Educator
Wyoming Stargazing is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Jackson, Wyoming. We excel at making the often difficult to understand concepts of astronomy accessible to everyone. Our mission is to educate and inspire through Wyoming’s extraordinary skies and the Universe beyond. We offer public and private stargazing programs, solar astronomy programs, planetarium programs, indoor astronomy presentations, classroom-based STEM lessons and tutoring, and online virtual astronomy programs.
Wyoming Stargazing seeks creative and motivated problem-solvers with backgrounds in education and astronomy to be part of our seasonal and year-round staff. Opportunities exist for part time and full time employment as a Stargazing Leader and STEM Educator. The STEM Educators work is done in the Teton County Public School System with elementary thru high school students.
