Candidate Statement: I have over 18 years of experience of science and engineering management in radio astronomy, from representation of Canada’s contributions to international radio astronomy projects, to leadership of radio astronomy activities at the NRC Herzberg. I have been an active participant within North American astronomy for the past two decades, largely through extensive work with NRAO on the Jansky Very Large Array and Canada’s development of the WIDAR correlator system, as a member or chair of a number of NSF panels, and currently as a North American member of the ALMA Board. I would be pleased to serve the AAS as a member of the nominating committee.
