1) Separated mail header and table data.  Examined table data for errors.

2) Replaced ellipses, '...', with blank fields in secondary velocity fields
   without observations (the former will not read correctly with a numeric
   format).

3) Generated TABLE1.DOC along with standard field format descriptions.

4) Generated ABSTRACT.DOC, title and abstract from the paper.
