Registration Fees

Registration is required to attend High Energy Astrophysics in the 2020's and Beyond. Registered attendees must display their badge at all times onsite to access these events. Individuals who are not registered for the meeting will not be permitted to attend sessions, events, or other meeting functions.

All fees listed in USD.

Registration Types

Student: Registrant must be under 28 years of age and interested in the advancement of astronomy or related science. Full-time students age 28 or older who are pursuing a degree in astronomy or physics are eligible to register as a student upon furnishing proof of their full-time student status.

Payment Methods and Receipts

Check/Money Order: Make payable to "American Astronomical Society (HEAD)"

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Confirmation and Receipts: Confirmation and receipts for online registration appear on your browser screen immediately upon submission.

Need a receipt before the meeting? Visit members.aas.org, select meeting history, then select the corresponding order number.

Corrections/Additions

Contact reg-help@aas.org to make any changes to your registration.

Cancellations

Requests for cancellations must be received in writing to reg-help@aas.org or by fax to 202-234-7850. Please allow 4–6 weeks for all refunds to be processed. Requests for cancellations must be received by 6 March 2018.

Registration Refunds

  • 31 January 2018: Registration refund less the $25 processing fee
  • 1 February - 5 March 2018: Registration refund less the $50 processing fee
  • No refunds will be given after 6 March 2018.
