Registered attendees must display their badge at all times onsite to access these events. Individuals who are not registered for the meeting will not be permitted to attend sessions, events, or other meeting functions.

Please note: The workshops and events listed on this page are only those that require registration through the meeting registration form. There may be other workshops and events during the meeting that are not listed here. See the online program (when available) for information on all events.
Registrant must be under 28 years of age and interested in the advancement of astronomy or related science. Full-time students age 28 or older who are pursuing a degree in astronomy or physics are eligible to register as a student.
Local educators are middle- and high-school teachers and community college instructors who operate within 50 miles of the meeting venue.
An amateur astronomer is one who does not depend on the field of astronomy as a primary source of income or support, and does not have a professional degree or advanced academic training in the subject.
A guest must be a spouse, domestic partner, or significant other. Guest registration fee covers access to the exhibit/poster hall, opening and closing receptions, and daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks. Guests cannot attend scientific sessions.
Guest Registration for Children
Children 14 years old and above must pay the required guest registration fee of $50.00.

Wire Transfers: Contact email@example.com or fax 202-234-7850 for detailed wire transfer information. All wire transfers must be received by 14 September 2018 and will be assessed a $50 processing fee.
Confirmation and Receipts: Confirmation and receipts for online registration appear on your browser screen immediately upon submission.

Please note: Full Registrations may not be changed to One Day Registrations; however, One Day Registrations may be upgraded to Full Registrations at anytime.
Requests for cancellations must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax at 202-234-7850 by 21 September 2018. No refunds will be given after that date. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
- Through 31 July 2018: Registration refund less a $25.00 processing fee
- 1 August–28 September 2018: Registration refund less a $50.00 processing fee
- After 28 September 2018: No refunds will be given after this date.
