We invite your company or institution to exhibit at the AAS Summer Meeting. The Exhibit Hall is open throughout the meeting allowing you to interact with attendees and market your missions, programs and company offerings.
Amateur and Public One Day Registration
Amateur astronomers and other interested members of the public are invited to drop in for a day at the 222nd meeting of the AAS in Indianapolis, Indiana. A special one-day registration rate of just $50 admits you to all scientific sessions, public-policy discussions, and the exhibit hall.
Student Groups - Register to Attend the Student Outreach Event
The AAS welcomes student groups to our Astronomy Student Outreach Event sponsored by Associated Universities, Inc. on Tuesday, 4 June 2013. Reservations are required.
Exhibitors - Register your Exhibit to Participate in the Local Student EPO Event
The AAS will work with local schools to bring in students for a hands-on outreach event in the exhibit hall. We invite you to participate by signing up and working with your Education and Public Outreach Departments to create a hands-on activity that will engage and excite the students.
The AAS needs you! Volunteer at the Meeting and receive complimentary meeting registration and other benefits.
Organize a Splinter Meeting - Proposal Form
AAS Members may request public or private Splinter Meetings. Splinter meetings can be scheduled before, during or after AAS conference days. Assignment is on a first come, first served basis depending on meeting room availability.
Submit a Late Abstract - Submission deadline has passed
Share your research with your colleagues as an Oral or Poster presentation at the 222nd AAS Meeting.
Organize a Special Session - Proposal deadline has passed
Special Sessions are scheduled in response to proposals from AAS Members. Special Sessions are 90 minutes and are scheduled in parallel with other special and contributed sessions.
Organize a Workshop - Proposal deadline has passed
Workshops are scheduled in response to porposals from AAS Members. Workshops are normally held on the days preceding the AAS Meeting are on Educational and Career topics and scheduled in conjunction with the AAS Education Office and or Employment Committee.
Organize a Town Hall - Proposal deadline has passed
Town Halls are scheduled in response to proposals from AAS Members. Town Halls cover subjects that are a service to the community or require community input. Town Halls are are one hour typically held during lunch from 12:45 pm - 1:45 pm.
