Astronomy Instructor, Temporary, Part-Time Pool

City College of San Francisco invites applications for a part-time position in the Astronomy Department. The first round of screening will commence in early March 2026 for those who have submitted completed application materials. We anticipate openings for Fall 2026.

Job duties include:
1. Teach a mix of astronomy courses, including day, evening, and/or Saturday classes.
2. Participate in student mentoring and community outreach activities.
3. Participate in updating astronomy curriculum and developing new astronomy courses.
