We present spectroscopic results from an EUVE observation of the dM1e star AU Mic on 1992 July 14--18. Photometric results from this observation were given by Cully et al.\ 1993. During this observation, on July 15, a flare event lasting more than a day was seen for which the total EUV energy was about $3\times10^{34}$~ergs. Spectral lines are seen in the short wavelength and medium wavelength channels of EUVE, between 70 and 380~\AA. We show the time evolution of the flux in individual spectral lines, as well as the spectrum as a whole. From these fluxes we derive time-dependent differential emission measures during the evolution of the flare. We also discuss the use of density-sensitive line ratios and the possibility of non-equilibrium ionization effects.
