Charge: The Audit Committee reviews the results of the independent financial audit of the Society and communicates independently with the auditors as needed.  The committee provides its opinion on the audit directly to the Council at each summer meeting of the Society.  The Audit committee may be called upon for other duties by the Treasurer as needed.
