Addendum: Another View on NASA's Science Budget, or Scaling the Axes

Last week, I presented a couple of plots of the division budgets within NASA's Science Mission Directorate. In the bar plot, you might have gotten the impression that budgets and budgetary changes were happening on the same scale, when in fact they are quite different. So here's another view of the same information, with the axes appropriately scaled:
