We are pleased to announce the "Comparative Climates of Terrestrial Planets II: Understanding How Climate Systems Work" conference. CCTP2 will be held 8-11 September 2015 at the NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California (~40 mi south of San Francisco) .
Cloudy simulates the microphysics of matter exposed to ionizing radiation.
For the last 15 years, resolved stellar populations of nearby galaxies have rivaled distant galaxies in terms of their return on our understanding of both dark matter and galaxy formation.
This Calendar includes meetings 1) occurring in North, South and Central America; 2) meetings of the IAU; and 3) meetings submitted by AAS Members.
A more comprehensive list of world-wide astronomy meetings is maintained by the Canadian Astronomy Data Centre, Victoria, BC.
The AAS also distributes a printed Membership Calendar.
