Member and Nonmember: Registration fees include: conference materials, admission to all conference sessions, refreshment breaks, and social events.
Undergraduate Nonmember Guest: Students may attend the meeting for the first time with a mentor or faculty member who is an AAS Full Member. Registration includes conference materials, admission to all conference sessions, exhibit hall, refreshment breaks, and social events. AAS Full members may sponsor multiple Undergraduates; however, an individual registration form is required for each student attending the meeting. This is a one time registration option. Undergraduates who register for future meetings will automatically be registered at the Nonmember rate.
Workshop Attendees: Workshop registration includes workshop materials.
Spouse/Guest: May only attend "Open" and "Public" Events as labeled in the Meeting Program. Your badge will not allow you in any scientific sessions or workshops.
Press/Members of the News Media: Registration is through the Press Officer, Rick Fienberg.
Exhibitors: Two complimentary registrations are included with the purchase of booth space. Registration for the meeting may be completed by using the Exhibitor Registration Form.
