Corrections/Additions

Please note: Full Registrations may not be changed to One Day Registrations; however, One Day Registrations may be upgraded to Full Registrations at anytime.

Cancellations

Requests for cancellations must be received in writing to reg-help@aas.org or fax 202-234-7850.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for all refunds to be processed.

Registration

  • 5 December 2009 — Registration refund less the $25.00 processing fee
  • 6-21 December 2009 — Registration refund less the $50.00 processing fee

Banquet

  • 21 December 2009 — Last day for refund

Registrants may sell their banquet tickets using the message board onsite during the meeting. Please visit the registration desk for assistance.

No refunds will be given after 21 December 2009.
