Corrections/Additions

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing to reg-help@aas.org or by fax 202-234-7850.

Registration

  • 7 December 2007 — Registration fee minus the $25.00 processing fee
  • 8-21 December 2007 — Registration fee minus the $50.00 processing fee

Banquet

  • 21 December 2007 — Full refunds

Registrants may sell their banquet tickets using the message board onsite at the meeting. Please visit the registration desk for assistance.

No refunds will be given after 21 December 2007. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
