- Badges are required at all times in the Exhibit Hall.
- Please do not leave personal items unattended. The AAS is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Poster Presenters:
- You may enter the Exhibit area at 8:00am each day to hang up your poster.
- Only two attendees per poster will be allowed in the Exhibit area at 8:00am-9:00am, Monday-Friday.
- Posters not removed by Exhibit Hall closing time each evening will be discarded.
- Posters not removed by 12:00pm on Friday will be discarded.
