Please consider the following deadlines when proposing a workshop for the 45th DPS Meeting in Denver, Colorado.

Workshops for inclusion on DPS Meeting Registration Form:

Workshop Reminders:

• Workshops that are submitted by this deadline may be included in the DPS Meeting Registration Form.
• Workshops included on the DPS Meeting Registration form are open to any meeting attendees.
• We will contact workshop organizers by the beginning of July regarding your proposal status (accepted or declined).
• Each workshop will be provided a room, LCD Projector, and Screen at no charge. Additional equipment and services are available for additional fees. See Workshop Proposal form for equipment fees.
• Workshops will be published in the Meeting materials.

Public and Private Workshop Reminders:

• Workshop proposals that are received between 21 June and 2 September will not be included in the DPS Meeting Registration Form.
• All workshops are accepted continually, and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on meeting room availability.
• Each workshop will be provided a room, LCD Projector, and Screen at no charge. Additional equipment and services are available for additional fees. See Workshop Proposal form for equipment fees.
• Open/Public (no registration required) workshops will be advertised in the Meeting materials.
• Private workshops are not published in the Meeting materials.
• Catering orders may not be accepted after the 2 September deadline for any workshop type.
